Blueprint Estonia is a personal concierge and relocation guide based in Tallinn, Estonia. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you book a consultation through our website, we ask for:

• Your name and email address
• A WhatsApp number (optional)
• What you are intending to do — move, study, travel, invest or buy property, or host an event
• Your country of passport and your current residence
• Your timeline for the move or trip
• A preferred date and time for the consultation
• Any additional details you choose to share

We use this information only to prepare for and hold your consultation, and to follow up about your enquiry. We do not sell your data to anyone.

How your enquiry reaches us

When you submit the booking form, your details are stored securely in our backend and emailed to our team so we can respond to your request. The information is shared only with the people at Blueprint Estonia who handle consultations.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors find and use the site — for example which pages are visited and roughly where traffic comes from. Google Analytics sets cookies on your browser to do this.

Our analytics only loads after you accept cookies through the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and we do not track your visit. Your choice is remembered for future visits.

How long we keep your data

We keep consultation enquiries for as long as needed to respond to you and to follow up, and afterwards only where we are required to for record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to see the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and to ask us to delete it.
